ORDER PROCESSING:

CD Orders:

Please allow 1-5 business days to process your CD order. Expect an email within 2-5 business days to let you know your order has been processed and shipped.

CD Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days using USPS [delivery standard in the US is 2 - 8 business days once shipped]. We do not ship outside of the US and Canada at this time. Free Shipping applies in the US. Flat Rate Shipping by product type applies to Canada.

Merchandise (other than CDs):

Merchandise orders other than CDs are fulfilled through a third party company and as such will take longer to fulfill your order due to being an on demand manufacturer. It can take 2-5 business days to fulfill your order after which you can expect shipping to take 5-7 business days/US and 13-16 business days/Canada. Once processed and shipped, you can expect to receive updates on the shipping status of your package if you signed up for email tracking notifications to receive updates as soon as we have news about your shipment. To stay informed about shipment progress, you need to add your email to the tracking page.
