REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For CDs, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please email us as soon as possible

a brief description of the problem, and/or a photo of the item’s condition

For all Merchandise (T-shirts) offered on our website that are fulfilled through our third party retailers, all returns for damage/defectiveness must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us as soon as possible

at nativeguitarjoe@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item/damage, and a brief description.

For wrong sizes and returns for any reason other than damage/defectiveness upon receipt, please send us an email within 30 days with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We reserve the right to amend and update this policy at any time. Major Changes in this policy will be highlighted with bold print and/or italics for clarity.
